As a local growing on the Central Coast Harmony has been fortunate enough to be able to enjoy the amazing weather and beauty San Luis Obispo county has to offer. Growing up she has always been active in sports like wake boarding, snowboarding, and softball. As an active athlete, Harmony has received numerous injuries and, like many athletes, sought out various therapies. During her healing process Harmony sought out massage therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture. She had a terrific outcome, her body responded well from those treatments and she truly saw the benefits they have to offer. With that in mind Harmony decided to study massage therapy at the California Holistic Institute.
As a graduate of the California Holistic Institute Harmony has accumulated over 530 hours of training and over 6,500 hours of hands on training. she is certified in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Pre Natal, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi 1, Applied Kinesiology, Chair massage, and Stretch and Release. Harmony believes it is very important to stay educated on current trends and techniques. She is actively involved in continuing education classes and will continue to do so during her career.
With the help of referrals from athletes, doctors, fire fighters and regular clients Harmony was able to open up her own mobile massage practice . Harmony is a firm believer in getting massages on a regular basis and has prices to meet those needs.
